Processing Time:

For already made items in the shop please allow 1 business day for your order to be confirmed and 1 business day to be shipped. if your order is received after 5pm Eastern Time on a business day, your order will be confirmed by the end of the next business day. If your order is received after 5pm Eastern time on a Friday it will be confirmed by the end of the following Monday.

Return Policy:

Returns are excepted up to 30 days after purchase if there is a manufacturing error or defect that is not due to normal wear and tear from use of the item.

If the item can be repaired, I will repair the item and return the item back to the customer free of charge.

If the item can not be repaired, I will make the customer and new item with the same or similar materials.

Care instructions:

For all vinyl items: wipe down with a damp microfiber cloth as needed.

Never wash items in the washing machine.

Do not expose any vinyl items to a dryer or high heat.

For all cotton fabrics: wipe down with a damp cloth and let air dry before use.
